Our products are independently designed display cases, display stands, and related accessories for compatible collectible models and building sets.

Unless explicitly stated on the individual product page, LEGO® building sets, minifigures, and other collectible items shown in product photographs are not included in the purchase.

Product Modifications: We reserve the right to update product descriptions, specifications, designs, or discontinue products when necessary. Any changes to an existing order will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant customer rights.

We do not guarantee that every product will be compatible with collectible models other than those specifically identified on the relevant product page.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

3.1 Order Placement and Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will review your cancellation request and, where accepted, cancel the order and issue a refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

3.3 Order Cancellations by NOOKBRICKS

We may cancel an order in circumstances including:

Products becoming unavailable or out of stock.
Genuine pricing or listing errors.

Inability to deliver to the shipping address provided.
Other legitimate circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Any cancellation refund will be issued within 7 calendar days after the cancellation is confirmed, or sooner where required by applicable law.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

3.4 Shipping Delays and Order Fulfillment

We make reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship orders within the processing and shipping timeframes displayed on our website.

If we become unable to ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the available options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a revised shipping date or cancelling the order for a full refund.

NOOKBRICKS covers applicable import duties and customs clearance charges associated with delivery to the United States.

Customers will not be required to pay additional import duties or customs clearance fees upon delivery.

Any applicable sales taxes will be displayed at checkout where required by law.

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors and contact customers if an order is affected. If an order cannot be fulfilled at the corrected price, we may cancel it and issue a full refund.

Our products are prepared and shipped from our fulfillment facility in China.
